ADL to Host Annual Veterinary Practitioner's Meeting

ADL and PSU Veterinary Extension will host the 2012 Veterinary Practitioner's Meeting on Thursday, April 12th from 11:00-5:00 in the Centre County Visitors Center in State College, PA.

The Animal Diagnostic Laboratory (PADLS-PSU) and Veterinary Extension at the   Pennsylvania State University invite you and the veterinarians in your practice to attend our annual Practitioner’s Meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 12th, 2012 in the Centre County / Penn State University Visitor Center at 800 East Park Avenue in State College, Pennsylvania. The Visitors  Center is located across the street from Beaver Stadium. Lunch, consisting of a variety of sandwiches, salads, desserts and beverages, will begin at 11:00 am and presentations will start at noon. The meeting is scheduled to end at approximately 5:00 pm.

A variety of topics will be presented, including Animal Diagnostic Laboratory and Pennsylvania Game Commission wildlife updates and regulatory information of importance provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Our guest speaker this year is Dr. Robert Van Saun who will present information regarding veterinary nutrition.  A discussion period will be provided for your input in the form of comments and questions. The meeting will fulfill three (3) hours of Pennsylvania veterinary licensure continuing education (CE) credits.
