Penn State extension veterinarians are available as speakers for
your meeting. Meeting facilitators including extension educators,
veterinarians, nutritionists, consultants or club leaders
can request a presentation by contacting the PSU Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences Extension office.
Extension meetings cover a wide range of audiences, formats and
expertise levels, including livestock producers, co-operative groups,
animal owners and breeders, hobbyists, and 4-H or other youth groups.
Topics can cover various aspects of animal health, nutrition and management, preventative medicine approaches, and
disease management for the following species:
- Dairy Cattle
- Beef Cattle
- Meat Goats
- Dairy Goats
- Sheep
- Horses
- Llamas and Alpacas
- Deer, farm-raised
