Veterinary Diagnostics and Preventive Medicine
The Veterinary Diagnostic and Preventative Medicine Track in Pathobiology provides graduate training leading to the M.S. and PhD degrees in a variety of areas , including microbiology, food safety, molecular epidemiology, extension educational methodology, virology, nutrition, pathology and poultry medicine.
Specialty residency training may also be available in selected areas leading to board certification. Many of the faculty members participating in this trace are veterinarians with advanced training and board certification in a variety of specialties, including poultry medicine, pathology, preventative medicine and microbiology.
The Veterinary Diagnostic and Preventative medicine Track in Pathobiology is supported by state-of-the-art facilities. The

- and community outreach through Extension and Field Investigation.
