Exploring Careers in the Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences Program
Program description:
This program is a career exploration for students in 6th through 9th grade who have a strong interest in science and mathematics and a demonstrated desire to choose veterinary medicine or biomedical sciences as their future careers. Student participants will have the opportunity to explore veterinary medicine, immunology, and toxicology as career options via hands-on experiences, panel discussion, and advising session at a critical stage in their choice of secondary education.
The third annual Exploring Careers in the Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences program will take place on October 31, 2009.
The location for this year’s event is 107 ASI Building.
