The Ella Reagle Staff Assistant Award was established in honor of Ella Reagle, who served the College of Agricultural Sciences and Extension for thirty years. This award, endowed by the family of Ella Reagle, honors an outstanding staff assistant who demonstrates the dedication and hard work that was characteristic of Ella. As we know, professional staff is the backbone of any organization, with academia being no exception. Important research and discoveries, the education of the next generation of graduates, and fulfilling the land grant mission through Extension and other means would not be possible without the hard work of our staff colleagues.
