Hayley Springer selected as one of three recipients of this year's Ruth and Robert O’Connor scholarship.

Ruth and Robert O'Connor established the scholarship after Ruth retired as Regional Director, Northeast, for Penn State Cooperative Extension. We continue to be appreciative of O’Connor’s belief in the value of Penn State Extension and the role that the staff plays in providing non-formal education to residents of the Commonwealth.
