Approaches to Nutrigenomics

In the PSU Center for Nutrigenomics, we are trying to advance nutritional sciences and education through the use of molecular and cellular biology approaches. Below are links to a workshop given by Dr. Jack Vanden Heuvel that outlines the approaches being utilized by the CEN.
